   existing equipment only.

OIL TANK PROTECTION
$36.95 plus tax
Tank Replacement Warranty in the event of an oil tank leak. Refer to your separate
Tank Protection agreement for full terms.

OIL FIRED WATER HEATER
$89.95 plus tax
Tune up of the burner included and will be performed in conjunction with the
tune up of your heating system. This plan must be purchased as an addition
to Comfort Bronze, Silver or Gold plans.
